    • Incentive (i.e. gift card, free stay, etc.)
    • Hi-res logo (300 dpi high resolution – JPG or GIF)
    • 5 -10 Hi-Res Images that can be used for promotion (300 dpi high resolution – JPG or GIF)
    • Materials due 14-16 weeks before live webinar
  • Presentation Materials
    • Presentation must be submitted one week before live webinar
    • Technical check with presenter(s) must be scheduled at least one week prior to live webinar
    • Videos – if videos will be played during the presentation, we ask that you NOT include the video inside your PowerPoint presentation (just include a place holder in a slide) and send us the .MP4 file. It is preferred that the video is played off of our webinar platform versus PowerPoint to help avoid any lagging
