35 years of sales experience, including 25 in the cruise industry, and 16 of them serving the MICE sector – he was most recently with Hurtigruten as Global Director of Charter and Incentive Sales.  Prior roles include VP of Global Sales for 3rd party Landry & Kling Global Cruise Events, trailblazers in cruise industry, Sales director for Club Med Meetings and Events in the USA, and Asia Pacific International Sales Manager for Norwegian Cruise Line and Orient Lines.

Robert recently joined Atlas Ocean Voyages as Senior Director of Charters and MICE business. He brings incredible experience, creativity and drive to introduce and expand the brand for charter & incentive business in collaboration with shipboard and shoreside teams.

With 40 years of combined buyer and supplier experience in the meetings and incentives marketplace, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge to the travel industry.  After 10 years working for some of the leading incentive travel companies, Karen began her supplier career with luxury hotel companies and a leading worldwide DMC organization.

Joining a luxury cruise line in 2000, Karen learned the cruise industry inside and out. Opening 3D Cruise Partners in 2004 as a local resource for worldwide cruise expertise, adding value/not layers,allowed Karen and her team to bring instant cruise ‘insider’ expertise to meeting and incentive customers by providing immediate access and complete details for all cruise lines.

David Litteken,
Senior Vice President-Event Solutions,
BI WORLDWIDE

David currently serves as the SVP-Event Solutions since May 2021 and is a member of BIW’s Executive Team. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President-Asia Pacific Region since November 2012, living first in Shanghai, China for five years and then Singapore for four years. David has been with BIW since May 1994 with responsibilities spanning client services, marketing communications, commercial sales, event solutions and fulfillment services. Prior to joining BIW in 1994, David worked in commercial sales and client services at Maritz Inc. for six years, where he focused exclusively on automotive accounts.

David also served for three years as President of Edina A Better Chance, a non-profit educational organization that recruits minority youth with academic promise from across the United States to pursue educational studies at one of America’s leading public high schools. In addition, David has been on the Boards of a Minneapolis-based youth homeless organization (Oasis for Youth), the University of Missouri Alumni Association, and Recognition Professionals International. David graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis on Advertising from the University of Missouri.
