Seasonal menus loaded with local and sustainable ingredients, sommelier-led pairings and tastings from a 10,000-bottle wine list AND a Forbes Four-Star accolade.

Needless to say, groups dining at Glitretind Restaurant within the 120-room, 60-suite Stein Eriksen Lodge or partaking in Park City culinary events are in for a treat. The dessert menu is a highlight at Stein: just picture a slice of chevre cheesecake with black cocoa crumb, mint and gin ice cream, a “floating island” of Sarawak pepper meringue, or coconut cremeux and guava sorbet. Glitretind’s Sunday brunch, which includes Maine mussels, banana crepes and the signature “wild game chili,” ushers in a regular flow of locals and meetings groups. Up to 20 attendees can partake in private wine tastings in the wine cellar and a new coffee bar serving hot chocolate, espresso and house-made bonbons was also recently added to the mix. After a day on the slopes, groups can hunker down, coffee in hand, at a new 56-seat theatre (part of the resort’s 24,000 sf of indoor-outdoor meeting space) for movies or topical lectures. Still to come this year on a list of expansions is a new entertainment center with games and an expanded outdoor plaza event space with fire pits and heated walking paths.

Saki flight pairings, the largest bourbon and whisky collection in the state, local microbrews, wine and spirits all served with glorious alpine views are on the agenda for groups 20 to 200 at the 220-room and –suite Montage Deer Valley. Apex restaurant is a real dazzler, and groups can meet around fire pits amid a slope-side terrace or catch the view through floor-to-ceiling windows while noshing on farm-to-table cuisine. Montage Hotels & Resorts is also cooking up new culinary options for groups across their resorts through a partnership with holistic nutritionist Kelly LeVeque, who also advises Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Chelsea Handler and other well-knowns. LeVeque offers curated, seasonal menu options that help attendees stay on track with their wellness regimens while traveling.
