Individual Incentives Fill the Gap

A new category of individual incentives, “lifestyle incentives,” is a solution to the post-pandemic era.

When international travel restrictions are lifted, it might still take a while for groups to head overseas, but many seasoned travelers will soon be ready to explore the world. Which is why Platinum DMC Collection has created a suite of “lifestyle individual incentives”—custom incentive travel programs, designed for a couple, family or small group of colleagues. What’s different between these and standard individual incentive options is that they are designed around a theme: Adventure, Art & Culture, Food and Wine, Health and Wellness and more.

These programs are not available off-the-shelf and are designed to re-create many of those unique program elements in a traditional incentive travel program that participants would not be able to replicate on their own. Platinum DMC Collection has turned to its member DMCs, who will work directly with corporate clients to create these curated experiences. Since they know their destinations intimately, who better to design the itineraries?

Companies can offer a variety of different destinations and let the winners choose, or pick one destination and offer a variety of programs in that locale.

See sample programs here, ranging from the gastronomy of Malta to the natural wonders of Panama.
