This New Jersey property just opened in May, and its Trade Winds boardroom is just one of its many highlights. Paying tribute to the state’s role in the Industrial Era, the room features a modern library, Edison lighting, bronze finishes and a mural of a typewriter across some of the library books’ bindings.
The Foundry Hotel
Opening in November in Asheville, N.C.’s former steel foundry, this property touts some classic industrial elements in its boardroom. Exposed brick, gas lanterns and industrial glass windows are just part of its appeal. Even better, groups who book the boardroom can get catering from the in-house restaurant, Benne on Eagle, featuring a menu of local cuisine from Chef John Fleer.
Aloft Fort Worth Downtown
The recently opened Texas property features a boardroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking downtown. Its design includes geometric-patterned, colored glass windows, with a replicated pattern on the modern floors, in addition to pops of color like the teal in one of the space’s walls.

What was once the property’s 29th floor executive lounge is now a French-inspired boardroom, thanks to a renovation that debuted in July 2017. Dubbed Lagniappe 29, the intimate space also features floor-to-ceiling windows, inviting attendees to check out the New Orleans cityscape and Mississippi River below.
