John Cordier
CEO & Epistemix

John is a graduate of the Pitt School of Public Health and Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business where he received his MBA and MHA degrees. As a graduate student, he joined the team at PHDL to investigate opportunities for commercializing the FRED modeling platform. When customers began demanding the solutions the platform provides, he spun Epistemix out of the university and is now leading its transition from lab to market. A native of Erie, PA, he received BS and BA degrees from Pitt while on a collegiate athletic scholarship and pursued a career in professional soccer.

John also founded a nonprofit to improve community health through a platform that addresses local health disparities and is an adjunct professor in health policy and management.

Michael Dominguez
President & CEO & Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI)

Michael Dominguez serves as the President & CEO for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI). ALHI is a Global Sales Organization with a team of nearly 80 professionals located among 26 offices across North America and Europe, ALHI’s serves a membership group of hotels that are Independent Hotels & Independent Brands that are an exclusive luxury collection. Prior to joining ALHI, Michael served in executive sales leadership roles with MGM Resorts, Loews Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Starwood Hotels and many more.

Michael is actively involved in leadership roles in the Meetings and Events Industry and currently serves as a Past Chairman of the International Board of Directors for MPI.

Michael speaks in the industry often on topics of disruption, the state of the industry, the economy, behavioral lessons. Michael was recognized in M&C Magazines survey of top industry speakers and was an invited speaker at South by Southwest in 2018.

John Foster

John S. Foster, Esq. CHME is an attorney, speaker, author and legal counsel whose firm Foster, Jensen & Gulley specializes in the legal aspects of meetings & conventions, trade shows & eventsvand association management.

He has been an associate or general counsel for over four hundred (400) national and regional associations and companies since 1986and has been named nine (9) times as one of the 25 most influential people in the meetings industry by Meeting News.

Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA)Members voted John special recognition as its “Author of the Year” forhis frequent contributions to Convene magazine. His peers have also voted Johna Special Recognition Award as “Corporate Member of the Year” through the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE). John has also been selected as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Meeting Professionals International (MPI)peer-to-peer assistance program, a select member of the MPI Advisory Panel,and a Platinum Speaker for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and a former outside counsel for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) on industry contracts and other legal issues.

John is the Author of the soon to be published “Hotel & Facility Contracts: A Field Guide and Best Practices for Meeting & Event Professionals”.

John’s professional experience includes twelve (12)years as a director of sales and marketing for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and Marriott Hotels and Resorts. He holds the Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive (CHME) designation from HSMAI. John is also a volunteer with the Georgia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and a member of the Christian Legal Society.

With over twenty-five years of healthcare focused experience within the management consulting, service, and venture capital worlds, Amanda has honed her skills to get the job done. Her previous experience working for multiple entrepreneurial based organizations provides her with the experience to grow Vital Circle, anticipate client needs, and the road ahead. Her extensive experience focused on organizational design and needs assessment, provides Vital Circle clients with an inside perspective in developing and implementing a full health protocol playbook for their organization. Additionally, as a conscious leader, she speaks with integrity, leads with authenticity, and holds herself accountable.
