Mexico’s newest five-star resorts are quickly becoming coveted gourmet destinations.

A multicultural dining experience awaits attendees at the recently-opened Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and adults-only TRS Coral Hotel on the shimmering coastline of Costa Mujeres. The newest development by Palladium Hotel Group immerses meetings and incentives groups in a culinary journey through 14 restaurants that showcase the flavors of the world—Spain, Thailand, Italy, Mexico, India, Argentina, Japan and the Mediterranean. The curated selection of restaurants is positioned around “The Village,” which links the two hotels, as well as The Village’s shops, bars and recreation areas. For TRS Coral Hotel guests, unlimited access between the two properties adds the possibility of a fun and mouth-watering dine-around to the mix.

Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa

The 673-room Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa is elevating the all-inclusive experience to what the resort calls an Infinite Indulgence. The enticing flavors of Portofino (Italian), Chang Thai (Thai), Sumptuori (Japanese) and Boghali (Indian) are sure to immerse groups in the magic of faraway lands. La Adelita’s authentic Mexican dishes, for example, feature local ingredients and regional specialties, while El Dorado’s a la carte steakhouse is sure to please even the most discerning of diners.

TRS Coral Hotel

Five a la carte restaurants await groups that meet at the adults-only, 473-room TRS Coral Hotel, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. Here, the ambiance of La Boheme is reminiscent of a Parisian bistro, elegant and sophisticated, with classic French recipes such as steak tartare, French onion soup and foie gras paired with champagne, Bourgogne or Bordeaux from the resort’s wine cellar. Tapas and other traditional Spanish dishes can be found at Tapeo; Argentinean barbeque, chimichurri, creole chorizo and empanadas are on the menu at El Gaucho, and Capricho serves a la carte dishes and fresh fruit smoothies, coffee or mimosas in the morning and afternoon. The award-winning CHIC Cabaret & Restaurant, meanwhile, is a sensory experience all of its own—from Paris’ Moulin Rouge to the old cabarets of Berlin. Of course, TRS Coral guests also have access to all of Grand Palladium’s restaurants.

The Caribbean Never Looked So Mediterranean

Palladium Hotel Group’s Ibiza roots are on full display at the beach clubs at Grand Palladium and TRS Coral. Grand Palladium’s Poseidon Beach Club by the sea offers refreshing cocktails and Mediterranean-style fare with views of Playa Mujeres. TRS Coral Hotel’s Helios Beach Club brings back the famous beach clubs of Ibiza, complete with live music that serves as a built-in soundtrack for events as attendees nosh on fish, seafood and seasonal cuisine.

Meet in Style

Events at Grand Palladium and TRS Coral are also supported by a more than 16,000-sf state-of-the-art convention center with bright, scenic views for nearly 900 attendees. The center features five meeting rooms, two smaller meeting rooms and a business lounge, offering ample opportunities for a variety of themed events.
