Now, meeting attendees can work out in their hotel rooms.

A new concept by Hilton called Five Feet to Fitness has 11 different fitness equipment and accessory options to work out in your hotel room.

Don’t you wish you could work out in the privacy of your hotel room? Hilton has tapped into the wellness trend among business travelers with a new in-room gym offering. Known as Five Feet to Fitness, here is what it offers:

• A storage bay with a variety of fitness accessories that support an assortment of exercises and fitness modalities to include strength, suspension, body weight, core, yoga, HIIT and meditation.

• Over 200 guided exercise tutorials and over 25 classes using the equipment found in the room, as well as bodyweight exercises.

• Indoor cycling on a Wattbike, used by Tour de France riders and professional sports teams. Its open platform allows you to connect to your favorite cycling app for a great ride.

• A TRX workout system with suspension straps and ample floor space.

• A small and simple floor meditation chair for deep breathing and relaxation exercises.

• A hydration station with a selection of energy drinks.
