One of the highest honors a chef or restaurateur could ever receive, prestigious Michelin stars are due north for foodies seeking the world’s best culinary experiences. This year, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts garnered a record 25 stars at 17 restaurants worldwide.

The Michelin Guide originated in France, a country long renowned for its culinary mystique, whether gourmet variations of bourgeois and peasant cuisine of the 20th-century French countryside, or Basque-inspired Gascon in the southwest of France. The 2019 Michelin Guide France bestows nine stars to Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, on the French Riviera; In the French Alps, Four Seasons Hotel Megeve and Les Chalets du Mont d’Arbois, soon to reopen as a Four Seasons hotel; and Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. Four seasons properties in Italy, Geneva and London have all retained their stars.
In Hong Kong and Macau, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong harbors the most Michelin stars under one hotel roof with Lung King Heen, Caprice and Sushi Saito, while Zi Yat Heen is dazzling diners at Four Seasons Hotel Macao. And throughout Asia, Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, Shanghai, Singapore, Kyoto and Seoul are still spicing up the culinary experience for attendees.
