Even by Las Vegas standards, the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is an over-the-top culinary experience. Nine open kitchens are staffed by classically-trained chefs who dish up entertainment along with teeming plates of traditional favorites, such as crepes made-to-order or red velvet pancakes, to cutting edge globally-inspired dishes like wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, Chinese dim sum, and roasted South Carolina shrimp and grits.
Over 17 million dollars was invested to create the nine distinct areas, each featuring at least one live cooking station. Kitchen themes include Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, American, Seafood, Pizza, Deli and Dessert, and groups are encouraged to actively participate in the culinary experience.

Renowned Japanese design firm Super Potato has intricately woven natural, recycled and reclaimed materials including glass, wood and steel into the contemporary design. The 25,000-sf Bacchanal Buffet directly overlooks Caesars Palace’s five-acre Garden of the Gods pool oasis. Natural light from the Garden pours through oversized windows in an organic contrast to the stacked blocks of wood that form the walls and ceiling. Reconfigured weathered steel from factories furthers the urban edge.
“We are redefining the traditional buffet experience by focusing on the quality of the ingredients, the presentation and each guest’s overall experience,” says executive chef Scott Green.
The private dining room has state-of-the-art A/V equipment and screens. Unique buffet items, such as made-to-order crepes, oyster shucking, house-smoked barbecue ribs, as well as vegan and gluten-free options further enhance the exclusive experience.
