As meeting planners, we need to keep coming up with fresh ideas for elegant events—every time.

Fortunately, Prevue has done some legwork to find some of the best online sources for images and inspiration around planning elegant events.

Pinterest & Instagram

Contrary to what many people think, Pinterest is not just for hobbyists. If you search elegant event design or elegant incentive events on either of these sites, you’ll find some pretty amazing photographic inspiration. It’s also helpful to see photos of various hotels and venues set for an event, and you might run across some that you are using or considering.

The Knot

No, weddings are not corporate events, but this wedding magazine showcases photos of centerpieces and place settings that could easily grace the table of your incentive event.

Fellow Planners

Take Edie Leibman, Prevue’s Planner of the Month, for example. In our profile, she offers tips for infusing events with touches of elegance.

Special Events

This magazine focuses entirely on creative event ideas, with sections on decor, venues, catering and more.

Google!

Just google “Elegant Special Events” under images and let yourself surf the web from there. Have fun!
