Attendees left Prevue’s Transforming Meetings Summit at The Gray in Chicago with hundreds of usable ideas and creative insights to shake up their meetings.

Prevue’s Transforming Meetings Summit at The Gray in Chicago brought 30 senior-level planners to Chicago in search of ways to shake up their meetings. Day 1 began with appointments sessions with the conference sponsors and partners. At the opening event at TheWit, attendees feasted on tasty small plates and sushi, then sipped rare scotch paired with handcrafted chocolates dusted with gold.

In a single day of education, they attended a World Café moderated by Pat Parker-Roach, came up with 694 creative ideas in a session by Jim Feldman, and were transformed into their own symphony by Sharon Fisher. The World Café setting had checkered tablecloths, flowers on the table, and people drawing with crayons as ideas came to mind.

The Gray hosted attendees for lunch at its signature restaurant, Boleo, with a menu inspired by Peruvian street food and a retractable roof for summer evenings.
