The 20th anniversary West Wing-themed meetings program at the Jefferson hotel in Washington, DC has launched. West Wingers can follow in the footsteps of cast members and take part in the celebration of The West Wing’s 20th anniversary through Sept. 30. This includes:
- The West Wing Meeting: Offered to business travelers in meetings, themed gatherings include the above food and mocktail-version of the Bartlet and an Aaron Sorkin-inspired, outdoor “Walk & Talk” route.
- Ainsley’s Office Recreated: The hotel has decorated a meeting-friendly room as the office of Ainsley Hayes, decked with her favorite Gilbert & Sullivan posters, her favorite jar of candies and even a chair and desk so West Wingers can have theirultimate, 20th anniversary photo op.
- Themed Bites & Drink:Onsite Quill lounge serves up Ginger’s Popcorn inspired by this video meme and the Bartlet cocktail with a signed “Bartlet for America” napkin.
- Big Block of CheeseRoom Package: Guests staycationing overnight can expect a Big Block of Cheese-themed charcuterie upon arrival, two Bartlet cocktails, a “Bartlet” campaign button, themed literature on the show and the additional option to order CJ’s Goldfish snacks inspired by Gail.
