Luxury meets adventure at the newly debuted Terra Glamping: Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, N.Y.
Situated along the Hudson River in the Catskill Mountains, this luxury glamping experience can accommodate up to 250 attendees for a rustic team building experience meant to help everyone unplug and disconnect from the digital world. Twenty, two-person tents and five, four-person tents come with modern amenities. Step inside to find reclaimed wood flooring layered with a rug in the middle of the floor, in addition to a memory foam mattress, spa robes and a porch for stargazing.
The site offers several opportunities for gatherings, including in the tipi-style tent that serves as a social space complete with books, board games, cards, couches and even hammocks. There’s also an outside lounge area, featuring tables, seating and more hammocks, with evening views of the sunset. Attendees can even gather around the nightly campfire and make their own gourmet s’mores.
While there’s plenty of space to relax, the property’s adventure activities are what make it stand out. Complimentary bicycles, yoga equipment, kayaks and standup paddle boards are available any time of day. There’s also weekend programming that includes sunrise yoga, campfire music and a guest astronomer. Meeting planners can even organize their own wellness experiences with instructors or bring in musicians to perform at the site’s mini music venues.
To make the experience even more luxurious, planners can also rent a glamping butler who will greet attendees with coffee, tea and breakfast every morning in addition to organizing various daily activities.
