Tokyo, Japan; Campestre Leon, Mexico; Chantilly, France; and Mountain View, Calif., all have new Hyatt properties.
Hyatt Place Tokyo Bay marks the debut of the brand in Japan. This hotel includes 363 guest rooms including three suites, 2,110 sq. ft. of meeting space, the Gallery Kitchen, a 24/7 family-friendly restaurant with two private rooms that can accommodate from 14 to 60.
The 140-room Hyatt Centric Campestre Leon is situated within Puerta Bajio, a mixed-use development in Leon’s “Golden Zone” area, the city’s epicenter of business and commerce, the property was rebranded from Cleviá Grand Hotel León and is managed by Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe. It includes 140 guest rooms, 6,800 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, and a rooftop bar.
The new Hyatt Regency in Chantilly, France, 45 minutes away from the center of Paris, resembles an 18th-century chateau and is nestled next to the Nonette River. The 211-room hotel features a 5,382 square foot ballroom located within the hotel’s gardens, adding the rejuvenating element of greenery to any meeting. The hotel also has ten state-of-the-art conference rooms equipped with audiovisual equipment, as well as an on-site tech support team.
Hyatt Centric Mountain View is a new 167-room hotel in Silicon Valley, Calif. There are 11 meeting rooms here and a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that slide open to access alfresco seating. Fairchilds Public House, the hotel’s restaurant and bar, serves locally-sourced California cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a beverage program drawing from regional breweries and wineries. With its emphasis on connecting travelers to the local community, the hotel is located steps away from restaurants, retailers, and a movie theater, and close to Silicon Valley’s top technology companies.
