CompanyToast by Overproof

Corporate gifting companies are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic with a range of virtual offerings to make memorable online gifting and incentive experiences.

Virtual Toasting

CompanyToast is a new virtual happy hour and mixology class program by Overproof, which provides event planners with a unique spin on online gifting and gives back to bartenders impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Event planners can create a customized package online that meets their needs. Overproof will then pair planners with a professional bartender who will collaborate on sourcing liquor and ingredients and delivering cocktail-making kits to virtual attendees with a no-contact drop-off. The bartender will then host a virtual event including a 30-45 minute cocktail-making tutorial using the delivered ingredients. Clients can then follow along and mix their own craft cocktail before toasting their accomplishments with other virtual event attendees.

The program can be used as an incentive to replace live happy hours, as an addition to any monthly company meeting or as an engaging ending to a corporate update or announcement meeting.

CompanyToast’s newest cocktail kit is the Cafe La Trova, created in collaboration with the bar of the same name owned and operated by award-winning bartender Julio Cabrera and celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein. The company is donating 100 percent of proceeds from the sale of the kit to BEAP (Bartender Emergency Assistance Program), dedicated to helping out-of-work bartenders during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Revo Gives Back

Sunglass Brand Revo has teamed up with Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute to donate 1,000 pairs of prescription eyeglasses in support of the eye center’s community outreach program, Vision First. The new give-back initiative will feature with each Revo purchase, either on-site or virtually, made with corporate gifting company wet paint group.

Revo’s donation is valued at around $50,000 and will help ensure that children in need can continue to receive critical eye care services during the ongoing pandemic. The Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute initiative provides a mobile vision van that offers free eye exams and glasses to elementary school students enrolled in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Revo will additionally work with the eye center to provide services and funding for a number of vision research and patient care projects.

“We’re honored to have the opportunity to team up with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute and more specifically, their mobile van that focuses on helping children,” said Cliff Robinson, Revo CEO, in a press release statement. “We have long admired its work throughout the country and on a personal note, with family in the area, I’ve seen firsthand the great work the health system does in and around Cleveland.”
