Prevue and the Incentive Research Foundation wrapped up the fourth annual Meet Well Summit earlier this week at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.

Among the many highlights at Meet Well, attendees were the first to preview brand new research on integrating wellness into events, presented by the Incentive Research Foundation’s new President Stephanie Harris. A full report  will be available this spring. The research has consistently shown that budget often stands in the way between what planners would like to do at their meetings and what they are actually able to include, almost on the sly, a concept the Summit has named “Sneaky Wellness.”

The hotel’s spa created a Zen Den for attendees.

Other highlights included a Zen Den break where attendees reclined on mats with headphones playing a relaxation tape; an energetic look at Lululemon’s creative wellness inclusions by Deb Gee; a guided meditation by Martin Lowery; a primer on food allergies by Tracy Stuckrath; a healthy quinoa bowl lunch on the lawn; a make-your-own perfume amenity experience at the opening night beach party; and much more.

Half the group went on to Miami for dinner at Malibu Farm and an overnight stay at the fabulous Nobu Hotel Miami Beach followed by a VIP tour of Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas on Sunday.
