What better setting—or set—than Warner Bros. Studios to hold Prevue’s Experiential Meeting Design Summit? The Sept 30 – Oct 1 Summit featured a top-notch session by What Color Is Your Event author Dianne Devitt on the impact of color in meeting design; an overview of the latest technology being used at Warner Bros. by the Events Division’s Natalie Fulton; a virtual potpourri of strategic business games led by Play With a Purpose’s Sharon Fisher; and a World Café facilitated by Thoughtroads’ Patrick Parker-Roach, where attendees brainstormed strategies for making creative changes to their own meetings. A themed lunch on the back lot Warner Bros. highlighted the studio’s new releases—IT Chapter Two and Joker—and featured food truck classics like fried chicken and rolled ice cream.

Guests were charmed by the opening reception at Beverly Park at The Garland, with long farm tables decked out with succulents—casual and creative. As evening set in and strings of lights began twinkling overhead, groups gathered around the garden’s cozy firepit to enjoy the live music by Matty Mac, and were able to communicate their requests via an app.
