The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and ResortThe fast-food chain will debut The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort in Palm Springs this August.

From the fast-food chain that brings fans Nacho Fries and Doritos Locos Tacos, Taco Bell is venturing into hospitality, pop-up style.

Beginning August 9th for a limited time (reservations opening up this June), groups meeting in Palm Springs, Calif., will be able to experience The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort. Everything from guest rooms to breakfast and poolside cocktails will be infused with a Taco Bell twist, including its “Bell”hops, Baja Blasts, Fire Sauce and Sauce Packet floaties.

An improbable hit among the Millennial and Gen Z crowds, this nearly 60-year-old entity chalks up its popularity to innovation.

“The Bell stands to be the biggest expression of the Taco Bell lifestyle to date. It will be fun, colorful, flavorful and filled with more than what our fans might expect,” Taco Bell’s Chief Global Brand Officer Marisa Thalberg said in a release. “Also, just like some of our most sought-after food innovation, this hotel brings something entirely new for lucky fans to experience and enjoy.”

Groups visiting the hotel, which is being billed an 18-year-old and over “tacoasis” in the desert, will be able to experience its on-site salon for Taco Bell-inspired nail art, fades and a braid bar. There will also be a gift shop with exclusive Taco Bell summer apparel. Other highlights at The Bell will be daily “happier” hour and “saucy snacks”. Also on offer will be its iconic menu items as well as new creations only available at the hotel.

The hotel is taking over an existing property though details on number of rooms and exact location will not be released until reservations open in June.

This is not Taco Bell’s first foray outside its trendy take on Mexican fare. Taco Bell, a Southern California-based brand founded by Glen Bell in 1962, has appealed to fans with its Forever 21 fashion line as well as weddings in its Las Vegas flagship Cantina. At The Bell, Taco Bell is promising fans a unique experience, from design and entertainment to its bespoke menu items and beyond.
