From the coast to the mountains, incentive delegates can engage in unique and unforgettable excursions, before enjoying mouthwatering cultural, regional and local meals while surrounded by Canada’s natural beauty.

Ocean-side Seafood in Canada

Reward your team with the trip of a lifetime, as they get a taste for Canada’s coastal charm.

Unique experiences, like kayaking amongst floating icebergs or watching whales out at sea, are supplemented by sustainable, locally sourced seafood to create memories that will last forever.

Impress your team with a dining destination that they have never been to before: the ocean floor. At Burntcoat Head Park, Nova Scotia, the site of the world’s highest recorded tides, groups can enjoy a delicious three-course dinner in a location that most can only dream of. Groups will meet a local forager to explore tide pools and learn about local wild edible plants, followed by a lunch of Nova Scotia seafood cooked in Tidal Bay wine. After lunch, a private tour of the sea floor will leave your team with a greater understanding of, and connection to, this ocean environment—as well as one another. A dining table is then set on the ocean floor, where your team can enjoy a three-course meal including local, pasture-raised beef and Nova Scotia lobster tail, knowing that their exclusive dining location will disappear in less than 6 hours as it becomes submerged by the incoming tide.

Is your team looking for some well-earned relaxation time after all their hard work? Why not pamper your top performers with a stay at one of Canada’s luxury seafront resorts, such as the Wickaninnish Inn on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. After a restorative day at the resort’s Ancient Cedars spa, gather your group at the secluded Shell Beach for a Pacific Clambake cookout.

Menus Among the Mountains

The towering, snow-capped peaks and pristine alpine lakes of Canada’s mountainous regions will wow attendees, and groups can experience the “breathtaking” aspect of these landscapes for themselves, as they take on the Via Ferrata.

Italian for “Iron Road”, this assisted climbing experience lets climbers of all experience levels safely ascend mountain faces using a system of iron ladders, cables and suspension bridges. Teams will get out of their comfort zones while working up an appetite on these guided climbs, and can celebrate reaching the summit with a pre-prepared gourmet picnic featuring delicious Canadian food and drinks. The experience is available at several locations including Mount Norquay, in Banff, and Whistler Mountain, in British Columbia. Your team will truly feel like peak performers, as they toast their successes, looking down at the awe-inspiring vistas.

The Train Journey of a Lifetime

Groups seeking a more relaxed experience of Canada’s unbeatable mountain views can drink in the panoramas from the glass-domed windows of the Rocky Mountaineer. This luxury mountain train explores seven mountain ranges across three unique routes, traveling from Vancouver to Banff or Jasper. Its exclusive GoldLeaf and SilverLeaf cars can be easily transformed into a private reception lounge, or a rolling boardroom, and the entire train is available for buyouts. As the train winds its way through the stunning Canadian landscapes, the Rocky Mountaineer’s Executive Chefs craft a menu inspired by the passing regions, highlighting ingredients such as Pacific salmon and prime Alberta beef, serving them alongside prize-winning wines from British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley.
