Kayaking in a Bio Bay
Puerto Rico is home to three bioluminescent bays—bodies of water that contain millions of micro-organisms called dinoflagellates that glow whenever you touch them. Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort, located on 1,100 acres of tropical rainforest in Costa Rica, lights up its La Iguana Golf Course with multicolored glowing lights for attendees to play well into the night. Similarly, The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Ariz., provides attendees with glow-in-the-dark golf balls to encourage night games on its 27-hole golf course.

The Hilton West Palm Beach can work with planners to organize glow-in-the-dark outdoor lawn games such as bocce ball, ladder golf and bean-bag toss.
LED Cocktail
The Waldorf Astoria Orlando created The Peacock Egg cocktail, made up of lavender syrup, blue curacao, Bombay Sapphire Gin and fresh lemonade. Served in hollowed, egg-shaped ice, the drink is lit by LED lights in customizable colors.
