Each year, the IRF Invitational just keeps getting better. A fabulous educational experience, a record-setting auction and a charming destination experience in Cancun: This one will be hard to top.
The Incentive Research Foundation brought 500 guests to Cancun last week for the annual IRF Invitational and a celebration of the organization’s 25th year. Highlights included a day of education with speakers on social media, the generations and other hot topics; a host of day trips where attendees had a chance to explore local attractions such as Tulum and Xcaret; and the annual live auction, where bucket list trips to South Africa and The Masters had attendees bidding upwards of $15,000 each. The proceeds from the live and silent action fund the research this organization develops all year long, such as its just released white paper, Establishing the Intangible, Non-Financial Value of Awards Programs
Attendees also had a chance to experience the transformed Grand at Moon Palace, where $450 million has been invested to transform the resort into a new luxury experience, including a 27-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus; 14 F&B outlets, from Lebanese to Italian; and a magnificent spa that spans an entire level of the main building, with 64 treatment rooms and a sensation circuit that includes a cryotherapy shower and ice room. This meeting space is massive, with a ballroom that accommodates 2,400 and a theater seating 1,000.
The 26th Annual IRF Education Invitational will take place at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, June 19 to 23, 2019.
