Deborah Gee
Mindful Event Guru
A seasoned events and hospitality professional, Deborah Gee is passionate about sharing her love of intentional events, yoga, and a healthy lifestyle with the world. After 20+ years with global leaders Walt Disney World and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and numerous private-sector boutique event companies, Deborah transitioned into the world of retail and wellness at lululemon.
At lululemon, Deborah gained a newfound appreciation for community engagement, working with a collective, and creating events with a purpose—to elevate the world and leave it a better place than we found it.
In her role as Mindful Events Guru and Experience Designer at lululemon, Deborah reinvents the way guests interact with lululemon stores. Deborah is a sought-after consultant and Keynote Speaker. As a consultant and speaker, Deborah teaches others how to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and overall health and wellness into every experience.
Stephanie Harris
President of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF)
In her role she directs the efforts of the IRF, an organization that funds and promotes research to increase the understanding, effective use, and benefits of incentives to businesses globally. Harris is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the IRF, working closely with the IRF Board of Trustees.
Prior to joining the IRF, Harris held leadership positions at American Express Meetings & Events, leading their global event strategy, thought leadership, and marketing efforts. During her tenure, Harris created the Global Meetings Industry Forecast which has become an industry bellwether. She also spent eight years at Maritz, working across the Motivation, Rewards, and Travel business units where she developed an understanding of, and passion for, the incentives business.
Harris has served on the Meeting Professionals International Foundation Board and the Travel + Leisure Business Travel Advisory Board. She has received the American Express Chairman’s Award for Excellence, was a 2015 Pacesetter at American Express GBT, and was the recipient of the Maritz Innovation Award.
Martin Lowery

Martin Lowery is an executive coach, leadership consultant, professional speaker and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
He has over 3 decades of international business experience and has headed the leadership and organization development functions as Chief Learning Officer at Hilton Worldwide, the Apollo Education Group and as SVP for Leadership & Organization Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment. For the last five years he has had his own company focused on building high performing leaders and organizations around the world.
Martin has a deep interest in cognitive and neuroscience and how we leverage that knowledge with practical applications in both the workplace and in our personal lives.
He has worked with small executive teams to audiences of over 2,000 and travelled over 2 million miles to over 30 countries in sharing his extensive expertise in helping individuals and organization reach their fullest potential.
Tracy Stuckrath

Founder and president of thrive! meetings & events, Tracy Stuckrath has had a 29-year career in corporate, association and social event planning. In 2009, her personal health journey changed the trajectory of her career. She works with organizations worldwide to understand how food and beverage (F&B) affects risk, employee/guest experience, company culture and the bottom line and how to create safe and inclusive food experiences that deliver unrivaled participant experiences so everyone feels valued.
She has co-authored two books, published over 100 articles and is recognized as a meetings and event industry leader, including Top 500 People in Events, Top 25 Women in the Meetings Industry and Meetings Industry Changemaker.
Tracy has shared her passion for safe and inclusive food and beverage as a freelance writer and contributor for Allergic Living, The Meeting Professional, Meetings Today, Restaurant Informer, Plan Your Meetings, BizBash, Meetings & Conventions, MeetingsNet, Convene and Special Events.
In her spare time, when she is not traveling the world, she’s taking her nieces and nephew on experience trips, attending NC State Football games or driving with the top down on her convertible Mini Cooper.
