Incentive planners at small to mid-sized companies will find checklists, best practices, peer advice and other on-demand resources at the new PX Exchange platform by Maritz Global Events, one of the largest companies in the meeting- and event-planning industry.

PX Exchange’s support platform also provides a direct connection to experts with decades of incentive experience. “PX” or program experience aims to be the incentive program equivalent of user experience (UX) or customer experience (CX). The platform’s content and expertise are built around applying PX design principles to create a better incentive program.

“We set out to fill a void in our industry with PX Exchange,” said Chris Galloway, general manager. “Individuals who own or manage incentive programs without a large team or a third-party resource have really been left out of the design skillset our industry can offer. PX Exchange brings those industry insights, resources and expertise to their fingertips.”

The program has two levels of membership and benefits: Foundations, priced at $199/year for individuals; and Premier, priced at $599 for individuals and $1,499 for a corporate membership for up to five user accounts. Benefits include:

  • On-demand resources including downloadable tools, templates, and checklists
  • Access to advice from seasoned incentive professionals who manage hundreds of programs each year
  • Access to additional services and discounts
  • Crowdsourced expertise allowing users to learn from peers’ experiences and ask for feedback and share best practices

“Incentive programs are big investments and there is immense pressure to get them right,” Galloway said. “Whether it’s ensuring the rule structure is motivating or the program stays top-of-mind, our members gain access to tools and resources that help them design better incentive experiences that drive improved business results for their organization.”
