Wellness Expedition voyages aboard Silversea’s Silver Discoverer combine the excitement of an expedition to off-the-beaten-path destinations with on-board mind-body experiences.

Silversea’s wellness cruises are led by health-and-fitness expert Natasha Eksteen, yoga instructor Jenni Kauppila and nutrition consultant Dalila Roglieri—all of whom are well-known in their fields.

On-board activities include:

  • yoga and pilates classes (both on board and on shore)
  • a free spa massage treatment
  • daily lectures and healthy cooking demonstrations
  • instructor-led fitness classes and gym sessions.

There’s also a vast array of other wellness-oriented expedition cruises offered by the luxury line. Birding expeditions aboard the Silver Discoverer, Silver Explorer or Silver Galapagos take attendees to the Sub-Antarctic islands of New Zealand, home to 126 species, or to Alaska to see bald eagles. Aboard the Silver Discoverer, attendees can scuba dive with dive masters at top sites in Asia Pacific and the South Pacific, including the Solomon Islands, the Palau archipelago and the Marquesas Islands.

In 2018, the 9 ships from Silversea’s Classic and Expedition fleet will visit almost 1,000 destinations in 130 countries. For more information on 2018 itineraries, click here.
