Miami: The Tasting Train

An exclusive experience on the hospitality-focused, followed by a reception upon arrival in Miami with tasting stations, hors d’oeuvres and live music.

Fort Lauderdale: The Ale Trail

The Ale Trail map, which launched in October 2018, makes it easy to guide your group through the craft brewery scene in Greater Fort Lauderdale. This interactive map features 47 stops and 500 different beers and is available through the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Florida Keys: Serenity Eco Therapy

Immerse groups in nature at Bahia Honda State Park in the Lower Keys with a new activity, Serenity Eco Therapy. The two-hour experience combines gentle meditation, yoga and Pilates with stand-up paddleboarding techniques to help relieve stress.

Palm Beach: Farm-to-Table

Farm-to-table has taken off in Palm Beach, and is becoming a must for visiting groups. In Palm Beach Gardens, The Cooper is known for sourcing from local farms, food artisans, small-batch distillers and craft brewers. At Buccan, the mission is to maximize on what it’s possible to grow in South Florida’s year-round sunshine. A hydroponic farm and local favorite, Swank Specialty Produce supplies produce to nearly every farm-to-table restaurant in South Florida.

Naples: Culinary Walk

A new foodie experience by Naples Culinary Walks immerses groups in the-off-the-beaten-track neighborhood around Naples City Dock. There, they will chat over coffee with the local harbormaster, and meet the owner of the Cove Inn Coffee Shop—popular with the locals—and the street’s most-loved caterers and artists. Of course, each stop includes a delicious breakfast treat.

Lee County: Sailing Teambuilding

Whether it’s kayaking on the Calusa Blueway (several outfitters are available on Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach) or learning to sail on Pine Island Sound or the Gulf of Mexico with Steve and Doris Colgate’s Offshore Sailing School, there are literally dozens of options. Sailing teambuilding excursions encourage individuals to work together as a team and there’s no experience required.

St. Augustine: Teambuilding with Dolphins

The professional trainers at Marineland Dolphin Adventure have created a teambuilding program based on the book Whale Done! The Power of Positive Relationships. This full-day corporate experience uses the park’s dolphins as a metaphor to help teams create a culture of catching people doing things right. Groups can also go behind the scenes with a special pass that lets them “below the decks” to learn the history of the park and see hundreds of species of exotic sea life.

Orlando: Axe Throwing

Epic Axe Throwing in downtown Orlando, where groups can reserve 12-ft ax-throwing lanes and learn from personal axe-throwing coaches.
