Nashville may be best known for its music scene, but soon it will be known for luxury hotels as well. A Conrad Hilton will anchor one of the two towers at Broadwest, Nashville’s new $540-million, urban mixed-use community, which will also include office space, upscale retail offerings, and high-end condominiums. The 237-room property is slated to open in 2021.

“Hilton’s decision to bring a Conrad property in our backyard signifies that Broadwest will be a destination of its own, and we are honored to uphold the brand’s standards while adding our signature flair for visitors and locals,” says Rob Schaedle, founder and managing partner of Chartwell Hospitality, an integrated hotel operations and development company based in Franklin, TN that will operate the hotel.

Construction has started on the Four Seasons Nashville Hotel and Private Residences

Conrad Hilton isn’t the only new luxury hotel in town. Construction has begun on the Four Seasons Nashville Hotel and Private Residences, a 40-story tower in downtown Nashville with 236 hotel rooms, a world-class spa, and an array of fitness amenities.

“This will be one of the most iconic high-rise buildings in the state of Tennessee,” says Dean Stratouly, president of Congress Group, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm involved in the project. “Delivered as LEED Gold and standing 542 feet tall, it will be one of the state’s greenest and tallest residential buildings. We’d like to thank the many public and private partners that have aided us in moving forward this generational vision, which will redefine the skyline and what is possible in Nashville.”

The development continues the momentum and growth of the SoBro area of Nashville. Sparked by the arrival of major businesses and corporate headquarters, the new Four Seasons will be located along the Cumberland River, within a block of eateries and nightlife on Broadway, West Riverfront Park, Nissan Stadium, and the Ascend Amphitheater.
