Planning an event here is easy with a wide variety of luxury hotels, resort destinations and meeting venues – including the Puerto Rico Convention Center – the most technologically-advanced convention center in the Caribbean.

In 2018, the island has 10,806 rooms currently available with 4,218 more currently being renovated.

Below find additional room stats for Q4/Q1:

In the pipeline, 3,800 new rooms are being added with new hotel developments including JW Marriott in Dorado, District LNE & ALOFT Hotel Convention Center, the Four Seasons Cayo Largo Resort and more. To add a bit more color to our convention product, District LIVE! will open in Q4 of 2019. This Sacre hospitality and entertainment district is destined to be the Caribbean’s most vibrant and popular setting for events, conventions and performances of all types.

Home to one of the world’s largest dry forests, the only tropical rainforest in the US National Forest System, hundreds of underground caves, waterfall hikes, 21 golf courses and so much more, Puerto Rico delivers profound group experiences, like kayaking the iridescent Bioluminescent Bay or zip lining through a canopy of emerald green to the sound of native coqui tree frogs.

The culture is equally impressive, steeped in European architecture, Spanish flavors and a rich history to explore – not to mention a widespread, open-arms policy amongst locals that makes for a refreshing dose of island hospitality. Explore the authentic flavors of the local cuisine, the beat of captivating music and dance, and the bustling nightlife, which all blended together, create a unique energy you won’t find anywhere else. Best of all, passports are not required as Puerto Rico is part of the United States, the currency is the US dollar and the island is conveniently accessible via direct flights from most major cities.
