The renovation of the meetings, conventions and event space forms part of the award-winning resort’s $200 million redesign, blending contemporary design and timeless sophistication. The phased property-wide transformation also includes the upcoming renovation of Green Valley Ranch’s 493 guest rooms and suites.

Spanning 69,000 sf, the redesigned meetings and conventions spaces at Green Valley Ranch are defined by warm natural tones, refined textures, and modern furnishings that create a welcoming, elevated backdrop for gatherings of all formats and sizes. Thoughtfully designed seating invites connection and comfort, striking the perfect balance between connection and relaxation during corporate events, meetings and functions at the resort.
Green Valley Ranch Resort offers an array of indoor and exquisite outdoor venues that can seamlessly accommodate conferences and events of every scale from intimate gatherings of 50 guests to grand galas welcoming up to 5,000 attendees.
Notable venues include:
- The Estancia Ballroom which hosts up to 900 guests for a reception, 1,300 guests theater style and 600 for a banquet style event.
- The Grand Event Center, which includes the Grand Ballroom accommodating up to 1,100 guests for a reception and banquet style event, and 1,500 guests for a theater-style event.
- The Grand Events Center is also home to the El Cielo meeting room and an additional 11 versatile breakout rooms accommodating groups of all sizes.
- Outdoor options include The Terrace, ideal for celebrations for up to 100 guests, the Opium Terrace accommodating up to 600 guests, alongside the Piazza designed to accommodate 100 guests, and the expansive Pool Deck, which can host up to 1,000 guests.
A key highlight is Green Valley Ranch’s scenic Garden Amphitheater which is ideal for launches and celebratory gatherings for up to 1,000 individuals. Event planners seeking sophisticated al-fresco events can opt for the resort’s charming Vineyard, designed for stylish gatherings and intimate celebrations.
