Harrah'sOver three days, attendees at Prevue’s Next-Gen Engagement Strategies Summit, held May 8 to 10 at Harrah’s Reimagined and CAESARS FORUM, were treated not just like VIPs, but as VVIPs.

Our hosts at Caesars Entertainment showed off how they can roll out the red carpet for high-end groups starting the moment they arrive, with Diamond Check-In at a private lounge located at the hotel entrance. Attendees enjoyed spa treatments at the renowned Qua Spa at Caesars Palace, the recipient of numerous awards and known for its Roman baths. A fully stocked penthouse hospitality suite with top-shelf liquors and delectable sweets greeted the group at the end of each day, and offered spectacular views of both The Sphere and The High Roller Wheel thanks to Harrah’s proximity to both. Harrah’s convention services and culinary staffs were top-notch, and meals and breaks were fresh, healthy and delicious, with creative presentations at every turn. Guests also had the chance to sample two of Caesars Entertainment’s celebrity chef restaurants. The opening reception featured heavy hors d’oeuvres in a semi-private room with kitchen views at Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen, located in the Harrah’s lobby. On the final night, an elegant off-site dinner at Martha Stewart’s The Bedford at Paris Las Vegas was a highlight, with appetizers including her signature pierogies and crab cakes, followed by over-the-top portions of salmon and steak and, the show stopper, her beautifully reimagined upside-down lemon meringue pie.

The newly reimagined Harrah’s Las Vegas surprised and delighted attendees. Following a major overhaul begun in 2016, the resort now features 2,542 redesigned guest rooms and a complete casino floor remodel. The new porte cochere makes for a grand entrance, as do the stylish lobby and front desk area, with marble floors and a huge ombre art installation. Two new LED marquees at the north and south entrances can be used for corporate logos—and were for ours. A skybridge takes attendees directly from Harrah’s to an upstairs entrance of the CAESARS FORUM, where our meetings were held.

The refreshed guest rooms at Harrah’s are cozy and chic, with dark plank floors, purple and blue hues, and cream-colored leather walls and bedframes. Oversized standalone tubs serve as the focal point of the bathrooms, just beckoning guests for a relaxing soak after a long day of meetings.
