Hyatt has officially opened Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, introducing the first Inclusive Collection-branded property to the island. This adults-only, all-inclusive resort is not only an addition to Aruba’s southern coastline—it also opens up new possibilities for planners seeking elevated, tropical venues.
Located on the island’s southeastern coast near Baby Beach Bay, Secrets Baby Beach Aruba offers a stunning backdrop for meetings, incentives and executive retreats. Just minutes away is the town of San Nicolas, home to the San Nicolas Street Murals—a vibrant open-air art gallery—and Boca Grandi, a popular destination for kite surfing and shoreline exploration.
With 2,569 sf of flexible indoor meeting space, state-of-the-art technology and expert event planners, the resort is equipped to host small corporate meetings, strategy sessions, executive retreats and incentive celebrations. This opening also complements Hyatt’s growing regional portfolio, including Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino and Hyatt Place Aruba Airport.
The resort boasts 304 suites designed with natural, earth-toned decor inspired by Aruba’s native landscape. Each suite includes a private balcony or terrace and daily refreshed minibars.
For VIP guests or small executive groups, Preferred Club suites offer an elevated experience complete with private pools, soaking tubs, butler service and access to a dedicated Preferred Club Lounge.
With four a la carte restaurants, a buffet, cafe, grill and six bars and lounges, Secrets Baby Beach Aruba delivers a wide range of culinary experiences ideal for group dining and incentive itineraries. Groups can join bike tours, macrame and mixology workshops, dance classes or unwind in one of the resort’s three pools (including two infinity-edge options) and two outdoor whirlpools.
The 3,200-sf Secrets Spa invites guests to slow down with hydrotherapy circuits, a reflecting pool, sauna and body treatments—ideal for post-meeting recovery or reward-day experiences.
