Opening this March, The Sunny introduces more than 22,000 sf of flexible indoor and outdoor event space following the complete redevelopment of the former Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, originally opened in 1967.

The Sunny features 340 renovated guest rooms and suites. Amenities include direct beach access, a private beach club and multiple food and beverage outlets. Notably, the hotel will introduce a dining concept located directly on the historic Newport Pier—one of the few oceanfront restaurant venues of its kind in the Miami area—led by a recognized Miami-based culinary team.
