Meeting in Greater Palm Springs during the off-peak season just got even more enticing with the return of the ever-popular Meeting Oasis Incentive!
Visit Greater Palm Springs will provide clients with a rebate that can be utilized for facility rental, food & beverage expenditures, audio-visual expenses or other meetings-related fees.
The Meeting Oasis Incentive rewards groups with meetings that actualize in October, November or December of 2025 with a $5.00 per room night credit. This rebate can be applied to various meeting-related expenses, including facility rentals, food and beverage expenditures, audio-visual services and other associated fees. The credit will be awarded based on 70% pick up of paid and consumed rooms at one of our destination hotels and resorts.
To qualify for the rebate, meeting planners must submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) by May 31, 2025. The program is available for new bookings that meet the specified criteria.
