Bishop-McCann, a worldwide leader in the meetings, incentives, and events industry, acquired MTI Events, a Kansas City-based event and incentive travel company with more than 35 years of experience delivering high-impact corporate experiences.

The acquisition bolsters Bishop-McCann’s incentive travel capabilities, adding seasoned talent, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to excellence in client service.

Incentive Travel On the Rise

The acquisition comes at a time when incentive travel is experiencing major growth. According to the 2024 Incentive Travel Index, 58 percent of senior leadership view incentive travel as playing a more distinct role in motivation and culture building.

Bishop-McCann is a three-time Motivation Masters award winner and finalist of the SITE Crystal Awards. Adams serves as President of the Meetings Professional International (MPI) International Board of Trustees, the world’s largest meetings and events industry association, and was named one of the Top 25 Influencers in the Meetings and Events Industry.
