Caesars Highlights CSR Efforts, Sustainability Tools for Planners

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Caesars Entertainment has released its annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report, outlining progress in community investment, sustainability, responsible gaming and workforce development.

According to the report, Caesars invested $87.8 million in communities during 2025, including charitable giving, employee volunteerism and guest donations through its Caesars Makes Change program.

The company also invested $35 million in employee training and development, providing more than 1.5 million hours of learning while filling more than 7,700 positions internally, including 5,500 promotions.

On the environmental front, Caesars reported a 21% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared with 2019 levels and a 26% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from its 2022 baseline. The company also expanded its renewable energy partnership with Estuary Power and increased electric vehicle infrastructure, including converting the Caesars Palace in-house fleet to electric vehicles.

In addition, the report highlights more than $300 million in property investments, including the ongoing transformation of Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and renovations at Flamingo Las Vegas. Caesars said it provided nearly 15,000 hours of responsible gaming training to more than 44,000 employees in 2025 and continued initiatives focused on cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance and anti-money laundering.
