Rosewood Mexico City to Open in 2025

Expanding its strong footprint in Mexico, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is preparing to welcome the Rosewood Mexico City, a new hotel expected to open in 2025 in the flourishing Polanco district. Positioned in the heart capital’s center, Rosewood Mexico City is conveniently located within walking distance of renowned luxury shopping district, Avenida Presidente Masaryk as well as cultural institutions including Museo Soumaya and Museo Jumex.

The new property will comprise 133 accommodations, 35 of which will be suites, and four food and beverage outlets including an all-day bistro, a poolside bar and grill, a living room and a specialty dining venue. Intended for hotel guests and the local community alike, the hotel will also feature an outpost of Asaya, Rosewood’s forward-thinking wellness concept, which will comprise two swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellbeing center, eight treatment rooms and changing rooms and hydrotherapy areas. Dedicated meeting and event space totaling 13,670 sf will cater to groups of varying sizes.

Coming 2024: The Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers

As the Jimmy Buffett song says, “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere…” and it’s getting to be that time in Southwest Florida, where the Margaritaville Beach Resort makes it debut early next year, featuring the brand’s iconic 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.

As if groups needed any more incentive to enjoy themselves, at the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Fort Myers, they get exclusive access to the Fins Up! Beach Club aquatic playground while enjoying near-constant live entertainment on an expansive sundeck surrounding a lagoon pool.

Yes, they might park themselves on the beach during their stay, but the property also boasts a spa and a Sunset Terrace—where watching the sun sink into the Gulf is a must—not to mention everything to do in the Fort Myers area, from touring wildlife preserves to strolling historic downtown streets.

But if they must get down to business, they can gather in the Compass Rose Ballroom, whose 5,000+ sf of indoor space can be broken into three smaller sections. Flexible floor plans, state-of-the-art presentation equipment and property-wide WiFi helps your meeting go off without a hitch.

Bookings for Fort Myers start Dec. 26:
