Alongside her role in scenic design, Rielle is the Founder of Next Gen Events Collective, a growing community built to connect and empower the next generation of event professionals. Through curated networking events, collaborative experiences, and industry-driven programming, she is redefining how relationships are built in the events industry, shifting the focus from transactional interactions to genuine, lasting connections.
With a background in journalism, Rielle brings a strong sense of storytelling into everything she does, whether she’s shaping a physical environment or building a community.
