Sunday, October 5.
The SITE Young Leaders Conference & Reception, held this year at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas Resort & Casino, is an annual one-day program for emerging industry leaders to connect with and learn from other emerging incentive travel professionals from around the world.
Monday, October 6
The Global MICE Collaborative Course created by experts at IAEE, MPI and SITE is a half-day certificate course at the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. It presents an overview of the MICE sector with specific training in the knowledge and skills necessary to host conference, exhibition and incentive events. Instructors are industry experts with extensive event planning experience. Content includes hands-on projects and comprehensive resource materials.
Also on October 6, the IRF (Incentive Research Foundation) will unveil results from the 2025 Incentive Travel Index and, starting at 5 pm, Latin SITE is hosting a LATAM focus group for planners to learn about booking programs in Latin America. Participants will receive a complimentary ticket to SITE NITE that evening.
Capping Monday evening, the popular IMEX kick-off party SITE NITE North America is expected to attract more than 1,500 incentive travel professionals.The sleek Industrial event space near the Vegas strip will be transformed with neon, nostalgia and upbeat energy for a back to the 90s theme.
Tuesday, October 7
The invite-only Incentive C-Suite Summit features SITE CEO Annette Gregg and key incentive agency leaders sharing their latest business insights.
Members and friends will toast the first day of the show during a reception at the Discover Puerto Rico stand, D2630.
Wednesday, October 8
SITE chapter leaders are invited to connect with one another and with the membership team at a breakfast event.
A reception for SITE members and Mexican Caribbean friends will take place at the SITE stand, C4931.
Anytime During the Show
Incentive planners are invited to stop by stand C4931 during show floor hours to get questions answered on SITE membership, the 2026 event calendar, hosted buyer opportunities and more. Planners can can also visit SITE’s exhibitor profile to book a pre-scheduled meeting with a member of the team.
