Greg Byrnes, One10

One10 LLC (“One10”), a leader in performance improvement and incentive travel, recently added Greg Byrnes to its leadership team as Senior Director, Strategic Accounts. Greg will play a key role in driving growth for One10’s Travel & Events business, spearheading new client development and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

Greg joins One10 after more than seven years at PRA, where he served as Regional Director of Sales. Prior to PRA, he held international sales leadership roles with Northstar Travel Group and Questex, building deep connections across the global meetings, incentives, and travel sectors. He is an active member of MPI, the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF), and SITE, where he previously served as President of the SITE Northeast Chapter.

With travel to more than 30 countries, Greg also brings a rich perspective to One10’s client-first approach and will leverage his extensive global network to represent One10 to new clients and strategic partners.

Nathalie Leduc, VERTU

Nathalie Leduc has been appointed Business Development Consultant for Asia at VERTU Hotels and Resorts.

A hospitality and cross-cultural relations expert with a versatile background in international innovation, institutional partnerships and luxury hospitality, Leduc brings with her a unique combination of heartfelt cultural insight and a grounded understanding of what makes an exceptional guest experience.

Earlier in her career, Leduc contributed to guest satisfaction at renowned hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Millennium Hotels, while in her most recent roles, she played a key role in forging connections between institutions, governments, and international partners. Her experience welcoming foreign delegations and building relationships across cultural lines has prepared her to represent VERTU Hotels and Resorts across Asia’s rich and diverse hospitality landscape.

Leduc is fluent in French and English, and is expanding her command of various Asian languages to better understand the local contexts she works in.

Melissa Braverman & Paul Megli, Hyatt Regency

Melissa Braverman

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, a premier resort destination nestled at the foothills of the Sandia Mountains between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, welcomes Melissa Braverman as senior area marketing manager. In this new role, Braverman will oversee all marketing efforts including digital, social media, and public relations for both Hyatt Regency Tamaya and Hyatt Resort Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, FL.

Originally from Manhattan, NY, Braverman worked in television as a news writer for WNBC-TV (NBC) and as an associate producer at Fox News before transitioning to public relations, which led to her position as marketing manager at The Westin New York Grand Central, followed by a promotion to associate director of marketing at The Pierre, a Taj Hotel.

In 2022, Braverman moved to Florida to work as the senior marketing manager at Hyatt Regency Orlando. She was quickly promoted to area marketing manager overseeing initiatives for Hyatt Regency Orlando, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort, and Four Flamingos, a Richard Blais Kitchen.

Paul Megli

Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, an upscale hotel located in the heart of downtown on the St. Johns River, has announced Paul Megli as Director of Human Resources. Megli returns to Hyatt Regency Jacksonville after beginning his Hyatt career at the property in 2011.

In his role, Megli oversees staffing and colleague relations, ranging from hiring and onboarding to performance management and employment benefits.

With nearly 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, was the Director of Human Resources at Philadelphia’s Bellevue Hotel as part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt portfolio. He then served as Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Savannah before moving to the Hyatt Regency Miami where he held the role of Director of Human Resources prior to becoming Director of Operations.

Sarah Farrell, the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau

Sarah Farrell has been named Regional Sales Manager at the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB), focusing on building strategic relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, and group travel organizers across key markets including Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey.

With more than 17 years of hospitality experience at leading regional properties such as Mohegan Pennsylvania and Mount Airy Casino Resort, she brings deep knowledge of the Pocono Mountains and a strong commitment to showcasing its diverse venues and attractions.

In her new role, Farrell will lead efforts to promote the Pocono Mountains as a top choice for meetings, conferences and group travel.

Noelle Wilson, Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village

The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village has promoted Noelle Wilson to the position of Destination Sales Executive. In this role, she will be instrumental in driving group business to the resort, coordinating site visits and ensuring seamless transitions from sales to event execution, all while embodying Marriott’s commitment to excellence.

Following her graduation from Northern Arizona University, Wilson embarked on a career that spanned sales in the printing and trade show display industries, followed by over a decade managing operations at her family’s optometry practice.

In 2019, she transitioned into the hospitality industry, starting at The Boat House in Cape Coral, where she managed boat storage and the Boat Club before moving to The Westin Cape Coral Resort, where she will collaborate closely with the Sales Office to secure group events, coordinate and execute site inspections for off-property sales managers and ensure timely and effective transitions for quality service delivery.
