Craft unique events for small groups with MGM Resorts’ selection of one-of-a-kind venues.

Las Vegas is well-known as a top destination for large-scale events, and MGM Resorts offers facilities to accommodate large conventions and trade shows at properties such as MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay, yet many may be surprised to learn that the majority of MGM Resorts’ meetings business is small groups. With the average size of meetings and events groups under 250 rooms, MGM Resorts’ team of experts is equipped to help planners tailor an event for any budget, offering a range of unique options specifically made for smaller meetings and events.

The Cellar at The NoMad Hotel

The NoMad Hotel, a hotel-within-a-hotel concept located on the top four floors of Park MGM, combines old world elegance with Las Vegas glamor. Designed by French architect Jacques Garcia, the property offers more than 2,000 square feet of flexible space for groups, including NoMad Library restaurant inspired by the Royal Portuguese Cabinet of Reading in Rio de Janeiro. The restaurant can accommodate up to 225 seated and its dining room features 23-foot walls stacked with more than 25,000 books from the library of David Rockefeller, as well as an 18th-century fireplace and a staircase imported from France.

The adjacent NoMad Bar showcases a menu of craft cocktails as well as upscale light bites. It can accommodate up to 125 seated and 250 standing and offers an outdoor space for private events with a stage and grand piano for intimate live music.

There are also three private dining areas, the largest of which is The Parlour, an 830-square-foot space that can be configured in a variety of arrangements and host up to 50 seated and 100 standing. The Salon is smaller 650-square-foot space that includes a cocktail bar, and The Cellar is a more intimate 350-square-foot space featuring walls lined with wine bottles, vintage decanters and glassware. Specially crafted menus are available, devised by the NoMad culinary and beverage teams, as well as turnkey planning services and state-of-the-art AV systems.

Easy’s Cocktail Lounge at ARIA Resort & Casino

Easy’s Cocktail Lounge is a hidden speakeasy located behind an unassuming donut shop in the Proper Eats Food Hall on the second floor of ARIA Resort & Casino. Evoking the glamor and sophistication of the 1920s, the versatile 1,352-square-foot space can accommodate groups of between 30 and 90 attendees, and feature plush velvet seating, onsite catering and a performance stage.

The venue features a beverage program offering unique creations such as the gin-based Happy Foraging, made with fresh herbs and served in a hand-blown mushroom-shaped glass; or a tequila-based cocktail served in a hand-blown sea-shell-shaped glass and surrounded by pink sea salt, mini shells and micro flowers.

Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails is another hidden gem located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Step inside an old-fashioned barbershop and get a cut or a straight razor shave from some of the areas most renowned barbers. Yet hidden behind an unassuming janitor door is the entrance to an authentic prohibition-era inspired parlor outfitted with swanky sofas and richly appointed details throughout. The cocktail menu specializes in whisky, including bourbon, rye, smoked, single malt scotch, Irish, Canadian and Japanese varieties, as well as a list of unique craft cocktails.

The 1,900-square-foot venue is available for buyouts and can accommodate up to 130 attendees. It offers a full-service bar and catering, as well as state-of-the-art AV facilities, a performance stage with projection screen, branding capabilities, as well as the full-service barbershop with three chairs.

The Velvet Room at Luxor Hotel & Casino

The Velvet Room at Luxor Hotel & Casino is a unique space showcasing turn-of-the-century elegance with plush velvet booths, leather seats and chandeliers. It offers two settings and is customizable for groups of 25-250 attendees.
