The Cellar at The NoMad Hotel

The NoMad Hotel, a hotel-within-a-hotel concept located on the top four floors of Park MGM, combines old world elegance with Las Vegas glamor. Designed by French architect Jacques Garcia, the property offers more than 2,000 square feet of flexible space for groups, including NoMad Library restaurant inspired by the Royal Portuguese Cabinet of Reading in Rio de Janeiro. The restaurant can accommodate up to 225 seated and its dining room features 23-foot walls stacked with more than 25,000 books from the library of David Rockefeller, as well as an 18th-century fireplace and a staircase imported from France.

The adjacent NoMad Bar showcases a menu of craft cocktails as well as upscale light bites. It can accommodate up to 125 seated and 250 standing and offers an outdoor space for private events with a stage and grand piano for intimate live music.

There are also three private dining areas, the largest of which is The Parlour, an 830-square-foot space that can be configured in a variety of arrangements and host up to 50 seated and 100 standing. The Salon is smaller 650-square-foot space that includes a cocktail bar, and The Cellar is a more intimate 350-square-foot space featuring walls lined with wine bottles, vintage decanters and glassware. Specially crafted menus are available, devised by the NoMad culinary and beverage teams, as well as turnkey planning services and state-of-the-art AV systems.
