A new amenity experience being rolled out by Wet Paint Group promises to be a hit for meetings and incentive programs—and benefits human trafficking victims. The Punjammies Pajama Bar lets attendees choose from lounge pants, tops and robes that they can take back to their rooms and then home.
Prevue and the Incentive Research Foundation will be among the first to preview the Pajama Bar during their Meet Well conference—the first-ever industry event dedicated to integrating wellness into meetings and incentive programs—being held March 27 to 29 in Las Vegas. The PJ Bar will be a main feature of the opening night reception at The Mansion at MGM Grand. Attendees have been asked for their sizes in advance, so there will be sufficient inventory on hand. There are up to 8 styles to choose from and professional PJ consultants will be on hand for personalized service.
Best of all, these hand-stitched garments are from Sudara, an organization that offers living-wage opportunities to women in India who are victims of human trafficking.
“The Pajama Bar ticked off all of our requirements for Meet Well,” says Barbara Scofidio, Prevue editor and co-creator of the conference, along with Melissa Van Dyke, president of the IRF. “Our conference is about caring for the body, which this comfortable lounge wear certainly does. But it’s also about nurturing the mind, and greater awareness is a key component of that. Punjammies give back to the women who create them while they give to your attendees.”
