In Barbados, Wyndham Grand Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle All Inclusive Resort is positioning itself as a leading choice for conferences, incentive programs and executive retreats in the Caribbean. With 422 rooms — the largest inventory on the island — and the most expansive conference venue in Barbados, the resort offers scale without sacrificing sophistication.

The 10,000-sf Trident Grand Ballroom at the resort the island’s largest.

At the heart of its meetings portfolio is the 10,000-sf Trident Grand Ballroom, the island’s largest, featuring flexible configurations and state-of-the-art technology, including LED wall capabilities. Overall, the resort can accommodate programs ranging from 12 to 1,000 attendees, supported by executive meeting rooms, outdoor venues and comprehensive on-site event services.

Beyond the Boardroom

Wyndham Grand Barbados integrates experiential elements directly into its programming. Groups can transition from morning sessions in the ballroom to afternoon team-building on coral reefs or cultural excursions. Wellness offerings include tennis, pickleball, beach yoga and a full-service spa, while culinary programs incorporate herbs grown in the resort’s own garden. Social impact initiatives also allow groups to partner with local schools for meaningful community engagement.

Roach: “We provide a dedicated team structure, including a U.S.-based Group Sales Director and an on-site Group Sales Manager.
