Carolina Panoff
Founder
Be You Disco

Carolina Panoff is the founder of Be You Disco, an experiential leadership company that helps corporate teams and event audiences move from disconnected to genuinely present through music, movement, and mindfulness. She has designed and facilitated experiences for American Express, Virgin Voyages, and incentive travel and meeting planner audiences nationwide, including a featured session at MPI Orlando’s Coffee Talk.

Carolina built Be You Disco after spending years learning to hide, first in a family where emotions were not safe to express, and later inside a corporate culture where authenticity felt like a liability. A single meditation, an image of people dancing on a beach, fully alive and fully connected, became the spark for something bigger. She became a certified life coach and journey dance facilitator, combining both disciplines into a methodology that gives people permission to drop the armor of professionalism and reconnect, with themselves and with each other.

Today, Carolina works with meeting planners, HR leaders, and executive teams who want their events to create more than a good afternoon. She designs experiences that produce a lasting shift, the kind that shows up in how people communicate, collaborate, and trust each other long after the event ends. Corporate teams describe her work as unforgettable, unifying, and unlike anything else on their agenda.
