Ira has more than 30 years of experience in the field of enterprise engagement, with all of the inter-related disciplines that are needed to develop cultures of recognition, innovation and loyalty.
Ozer helps corporate in-house and third-party meeting planners design curate all elements of innovation meetings, including destination and venue selection, creativity and innovation training and facilitation, use of innovation technology platforms and the flow and engagement of attendees at the meeting.
