The new 942-sf Mediterranean Terrace, which extends directly from Mediterranean Ballroom, can be set for private dining and cocktails under the pergola, or completely under the skies on the pool deck.
The Serafina Beach Hotel opened in March 2018 and offers 96 spacious guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or the adjacent Laguna del Condado. The property is the first ever lifestyle hotel concept created by the owners of the successful global restaurant brand, Serafina Restaurant Group.
Other meeting spaces at the hotel include the 288-sf Condado Boardroom, which seats 10 people; and the 2,295-sf Mediterranean Ballroom that can accommodate up to 140 people for a reception. The hotel also offers an “Experience the Island” concierge service that helps groups to explore Puerto Rico’s culture and landscape, such as the glowing bioluminescent bays, the historic city of Old San Juan, the majestic El Yunque rainforest and more.
Puerto Rico has welcomed a record 1.7 million visitors through San Juan, Ponce and Aguadilla airports in the first half of 2019 alone and tourism revenue year-to-date is the highest in the market’s history, at $445 million reported through May 2019.
