St. Regis Mexico City

Groups staying at the 189-room St. Regis Mexico City have access to their very own Sky Yoga instructor, personal shopping curator and cultural curator to help enhance the destination experience in between meetings.

For groups that don’t have an entire afternoon to spare, Sky Yoga classes are available for up to 15 attendees on the hotel’s helipad. Participants will practice their downward dog poses while overlooking the city’s skyline under the instruction of Ana Paula Domingez, founder and director of the Mexican Institute of Yoga. Each class lasts 60 minutes and is followed by light snacks, power beverages and a group photo taken by a professional photographer. Other group wellness programs include a 15-minute Power Break session that focuses on breathing and meditation techniques to be used in the office.

Outside of the hotel, attendees can spend an afternoon shopping with Marco Corral, the hotel’s shopping curator, at the walking-tour helm. Corral provides guided walking tours and personal shopping advice for groups up to 10 attendees as they stroll the city’s famous Msaryk Avenue and artsy Roma district before ending at El Palacio de Los Palacios (aka “The Palace of the Palaces”). Participants will peruse everything from clothes crafted by top Mexican designers to boutique jewelry and vintage shops.

As part of the hotel’s Cultural Curator program, private tour guides can take groups to explore the city’s top museums and landmarks, including insider access to the top curators and invitations to special openings and exhibits.
