Naples Grande Beach Resort is moving forward with a property-wide renovation that will modernize guest rooms, public areas and meetings infrastructure.
Scheduled for completion in late 2026, the renovation will refresh all guest accommodations and public spaces while introducing a new outdoor event venue, and maintaining its current 83,000 sf of indoor and outdoor event space.
Lobby Redesign Prioritizes Social and Flexible Gathering Areas
The redesign includes a full transformation of the resort’s arrival experience and lobby, which will feature new social spaces, updated landscaping, art installations and expanded indoor-outdoor connectivity. A new lobby cafe and market will cater to guests seeking grab-and-go options, while a redesigned lobby bar with terrace seating is expected to become a central gathering space for guests and local visitors.

Guest accommodations will also undergo a complete redesign. The resort’s 474 guest rooms and suites will introduce a more contemporary coastal aesthetic with upgraded bathrooms, redesigned living areas and custom furnishings.
For the meetings and events sector, the renovation will maintain the resort’s existing conference infrastructure while enhancing venue flexibility. A former standalone restaurant will be converted into a multifunctional event venue designed for executive retreats, private receptions, incentive gatherings and weddings.
Meetings Infrastructure Remains Central to Renovation Plans
Naples Grande Beach Resort offers more than 83,000 sf of indoor and outdoor meeting space across 15 venues.
Key event spaces include the Sunset Veranda, a 5,500-sf outdoor venue with capacity for up to 500 guests, along with the Palm Terrace Pool event area and the Acacia meeting rooms designed for breakout sessions and smaller gatherings.
The resort also continues to position itself as an incentive-friendly destination through its wellness, outdoor and bleisure offerings, including direct beach access via Clam Pass, multiple pools, spa experiences, nearby golf, tennis, watersports and nature-based group activities.
