Swingers Las Vegas, an adults-only crazy golf experience opening at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Nov. 8, is now accepting group sales and event bookings. The 40,000-sf immersive venue is perfect for meetings and incentive planners looking for a unique and engaging event space.

Designed to transport guests to a Gatsby-inspired 1920s English country house, Swingers offers customizable spaces to accommodate groups of all sizes. The event space can host up to 1,500 guests, making it ideal for everything from corporate retreats to large incentive programs. All private spaces include the following:

One round of crazy golf for all guests
Optional customizable gameplay at Swingers Carnival
Street food
Choice of bar packages ranging from mocktails to specialty cocktails and premium spirits
A dedicated event manager to oversee all details

Event planners can work closely with a dedicated sales professional to design the ideal crazy golf outing for their group. The Swingers Las Vegas event sales team, comprised of local experts with over 65 years of combined hospitality experience, is committed to ensuring a seamless planning process.

In addition to the unique crazy golf experience, guests will be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere with music from resident DJs while enjoying a curated menu of elevated street food and cocktail service throughout the event.

Swingers reinvents the classic game of mini golf for a 21-and-over audience. As a flagship destination for the global brand, the Las Vegas location will boast four crazy golf courses, multiple bars and eateries and the innovative Swingers Carnival arcade concept.

As groups enjoy the festivities, the country house will come alive with double-height, animated projection mapping that transforms from day to night and changes with the seasons. This immersive experience will transport guests to the English countryside, setting the stage for the ultimate house party.

Private spaces available for events include semi-private, accommodating 12 to 60 guests; quarter hire that can host from 130 to 325 guests; and exclusive for up to 1,500 guests.

Semi-private spaces include:

Carousel Lounge: Perched on Swingers’ top floor, this space offers views of the Carousel and Meteorite courses and can host parties of up to 40 guests.
Lower Clubhouse: Fitting up to 50 people and running along the mezzanine, the clubhouse gives guests a view of all the crazy golf action.
The Summer Houses: A trio of intimate booths, each accommodating 6 to 10 people, overlooking over the Sunken Garden and Hot Air Balloon and Clocktower courses.
The Music Room: With velvet panels, large privacy curtains and a brass ceiling, this space on Swingers’ ground level is fit for gatherings of up to 12 guests.
The Drawing Room: A cozy retreat with art-deco charm and an ideal location behind the DJ booth, this semi-private space accommodates up to 12 people.
The Sunken Garden: A Gatsby-inspired lounge in the heart of the venue, the Sunken Garden is adorned with parasols and positioned in front of the projection-mapped country house. The North Garden holds up to 30 people, while the South Garden accommodates up to 60.

For larger groups, guests can rent out a quarter of the venue. This includes access to two crazy golf courses, a dedicated bar and access to select semi-private spaces available on the second level. The ultimate customizable Swingers soiree, the exclusive space for meetings and large events includes access to four, 9-hole crazy golf courses (two courses can be combined into an 18-hole course), multiple cocktail bars and private lounges. For a personalized touch, Swingers offers multiple branding opportunities including projection mapping on the English country house and winner’s podium.
