MGM Resorts is restructuring its sales organization to create a more seamless, customer-first experience for meeting planners, event professionals and group clients across its Las Vegas portfolio.

The reimagined structure unifies Sales, Catering & Events and Convention Services under a single Corporate Sales division, aligning teams across properties while maintaining property-level expertise. The goal: greater consistency, faster response times and more customized support for planners managing programs across multiple resorts.

“These enhancements reflect our commitment to evolving alongside our customers’ needs, informed directly by the feedback we’ve received from planners and partners, while preserving the service excellence that defines MGM Resorts,” said Stephanie Glanzer, Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, MGM Resorts, in a media statement.

Under the new framework, planners will benefit from streamlined points of contact capable of coordinating across MGM Resorts’ properties—simplifying proposal development, improving access to portfolio-wide inventory and accelerating the booking process for multi-property programs.

New Focus on Signature & Experiential Events

MGM Resorts has also established a dedicated Signature Events team designed to support high-impact programs, including:

  • Corporate celebrations and group dining
  • Brand activations and influencer events
  • Philanthropic gatherings
  • Luxury social events and weddings
  • Select smaller group programs

Implementation of the new structure will take place in the coming months. The updates do not impact existing customer contracts, current bookings, service levels or event execution.
