IHG Hotels & Resorts has officially entered the U.S. all-inclusive market with the opening of voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, a newly reimagined waterfront destination in Port St. Lucie, Florida, offering fresh opportunities for meetings, incentives, conferences and events.
Following a $50 million transformation, the riverfront resort now features 335 redesigned rooms and suites, upgraded amenities and an elevated food-and-beverage program. With one- and two-bedroom accommodations, private balconies or walkout patios, and resort or bay views, the property comfortably accommodates both attendees and VIPs.

A Central Florida Location Designed for Group Accessibility
Located along the St. Lucie River, voco Sandpiper sits just 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four major international airports, making it an accessible choice for meetings and incentive programs. The resort also places attendees close to popular offsite experiences, including PGA Village, Jensen Beach, spring training facilities, botanical gardens and even Orlando’s theme parks.
Indoor and Outdoor Event Space
The resort offers 18,000 sf of versatile meeting and event venues, ideal for corporate retreats, incentive programs, executive meetings and social events. Waterfront settings elevate receptions and networking events, while The Landing, a newly added heart-shaped ceremony lawn, creates a memorable backdrop for weddings, celebrations and closing-night gatherings.

Team-Building, Wellness and Group-Friendly Experiences
Beyond the meeting rooms, voco Sandpiper delivers a lineup of group-friendly activities. Attendees can enjoy complimentary kayaking and paddleboarding, mini-golf, a standalone arcade and direct access to Sandpiper Bay Marina, which opens the door to fishing excursions, intracoastal cruises and water sports.
For wellness-focused agendas, the resort features a renovated fitness center equipped with Peloton machines, waterfront yoga, pool aerobics, an adults-only infinity pool and a spa tub overlooking the river.
All-Inclusive Dining Elevates the Group Experience
Led by Michelin-acclaimed Chef Mark Jones, the resort’s food and beverage program includes seven dining and bar concepts, all included in the group experience—streamlining F&B planning while elevating quality.

Highlights include Riverside Market, a global marketplace with live chef stations and diverse international offerings; casual container-style venues Lucie’s and Solara; and multiple social bars, including Sunset Bar, Match Point sports bar, and Versus, located near the mini-golf course.
